The users of this web site, it’s services and information, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you, the user and eSpaceListings.COM INC .
("eSpaceListings.COM") If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions, do not 
submit information to, or access information from this Web site and immediately leave this web site.

Submission and Administration of Listings
All information, pictures, plans, financials, contact information 
and names contained in each Listing submitted to ICILS will be of 
the highest possible accuracy. Should the information be submitted 
to ICILS by a third party (Brokers, agents, manager and/or consultant), 
that party does so with the full consent and authorisation from the Landlord 
or it’s representative.

espacelistings, may at its sole discretion, but without any obligation, remove 
Properties that are alleged to have been submitted in violation of 
these restrictions. 

espacelistings accepts no responsibility for checking the accuracy of any 
information submitted by the Client. All information submitted to 
ICILS shall secured in an offsite location, with daily back-ups of 
the web site and its submitted information, but should a major lost 
of data occur, by any reason whatsoever, the Client assumes the responsibility 
of copying the information he has submitted to ICILS and of re-submitting 
any lost information onto the Web site.

Use of Information
The Client agrees to treat all the data and information, obtained, 
copied, printed or reproduced in any manner whatsoever, as information 
ONLY and cannot be interpreted as a contract.

Communications between ICILS and the Client
ICILS utilizes email, faxes as its primary communication channel
with the client.

Payment Method
Advertising Clients agree to pay for all products ordered through 
the ICILS web site or via through it’s agents using the payment 
method indicated and provided by ICILS.

Refund Policies
Once a listing has been posted, no refund will be provided.
Should a Client wish to cancel paid advertising prior to it being 
posted on the Web site, then the client must advise ICILS by email 
of his intention to cancel his advertisement within 30 days of payment. 
ICILS will refund 66% of amounts paid to ICILS via same payment method 
used to pay ICILS.

Duration of Advertisement Contract
Twelve (12) months from date of payment.

ICILS accepts all Commercial, Industrial and Investment properties, 
including businesses for sale, and farms:

Type of advertisement NOT Accepted
ICILS DOES NOT accept the following residential listings:

• Residential listings of any type and multi-family listings 
with less than 6 units.
• Time shares, vacation homes, condo
ICILS will remove, at its sole discretion, these disallowed listings 
from the Web site.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
IN NO EVENT SHALL ICILS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, 
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE 
OR OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS) ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT. 
The only available remedy, and ICILS’s entire responsibility 
and liability under this Agreement shall be to refund the Customer 
fees paid to ICILS hereunder, and in no event will ICILS's liability 
for any reason whatsoever, exceed such fees.

Warranty Disclaimers
THE LISTINGS AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
OF ANY KIND. ICILS MAKES NO PROMISES, REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES, 
EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO 
THE LISTINGS OR SERVICE, INCLUDING THEIR ACCURACY, OPERATION, CONFORMITY 
TO ANY REPRESENTATION OR DESCRIPTION, OR THE EXISTENCE OF ANY LATENT 
OR PATENT DEFECTS
